upon arrival -- damaged wheels cannot be exchanged or replaced once they have been
installed on a car or had tires mounted on them. In the unlikely event that your
package is damaged in transit, do not mount tires or bolt them on the car. Save all
packaging materials and alert your Bavarian representative immediately. All packages
are insured at full value free of charge. In the rare case of a freight claim, we
